Once you submit, your answers will be sent to us to review. All you need is the names, date of births and addresses of the people who you want to place in your estate planning documents. 

Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will draft and send documents to you within 48 hours in your portal. You will then also be able to schedule review of your estate planning documents our team members.

Last, we will either guide you on how to get the documents signed properly OR we will provide an in office signing with our witnesses and notary to ensure they are legally valid. We even can do it virtually!
